Dr Sam Bose receives his poster prize at the BHF CRE event on 3 October

Congratulations to Dr Sam Bose, from the Burton lab, who won the Best Poster Prize in the postdoc category at this week's BHF CRE Annual Symposium 2019.

Sam presented his poster titled 'IP3 mediated changes in guinea pig SA node beating rate are dependent upon Ca2+-sensitive adenylyl cyclases and independent of soluble guanylyl cyclase activity'. A record 60 posters were submitted for this year's event.

The Oxford BHF CRE annual research symposium creates an opportunity for cardiovascular researchers from across the basic, clinical and population sciences to meet and share ideas and opportunities for research and collaborations.
