Finance Assistant

I am the Finance Assistant in the Pharmacology Accounts team and am responsible for many task involving requisitions, orders, invoices and expenses. I work Monday - Wednesday.

This includes: receipting goods onto the R12 system, opening and matching incoming invoices and the all essential filing. I am responsible for assisting staff with orders, dealing with external order and invoice queries and processing expenses claims.

I also provide staff cover for reception and assist other member of the finance team. 

The Finance Team

Lauren works in the Finance Team alongside Emma Stockford and both report to the Administrator, Jimmy Martin.

Lauren also assists Carolyn Thackrah, Deputy Administrator, with HR administration.
