The synthesis of the novel analogues of myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, myo-inositol 1-phosphate 4,5-bisphosphorothioate and myo-inositol 1-phosphate 4,5-pyrophosphate is reported; the latter was prepared via desulphurisation and intramolecular coupling. © 1992.
